This juicer is not worth the money I purchased this used it two times and on the third time the motor stopped working it started smoking and after that it wouldn't start back up not sure what to do about it but I will not be buying another one I do not recommend this product
This juicer was priced good and works like it says it does. It is perfect! We have used it for lemons, limes and oranges and it gets all the juice out. Love it!
I know on two of these Cuisinart juicers, one in each of our homes. The one in Arizona gets an incredible work out during orange season. It’s amazing how this little machine holds up juicing hundreds of oranges. I bought one for our other home for occasional juicing, just because it’s such a great machine.
The first and only time I used the juicer, it kept blowing the circuit of my GFCI outlet—at least once or twice for each of 6 lemons. I moved to a different GFCI circuit, but it also blew. Maybe I had a bad unit? Also, although I had a 4-cup measuring cup under the spout, the unit kept slipping as I was pressing the down on the lemons, moving the spout away the measuring cup, causing lemon juice to spill onto the kitchen counter. Out of fear of causing an electrical fire in my house, I returned the Cuisinart juicer and am looking for one with a built-in juice collector that won’t blow the circuits. Cuisinart also needs to redesign their unit with a grippier base, and a way to secure the juice collection vessel so it moves with the spout. I was actually hoping Cuisinart would have a juicer accessory that I could insert into my Cuisinart food processor, a feature my previous food processor (Braun) had. All in all, the Cuisinart citrus juicer is a bad design.
