I wasn’t a big fan of any kind of earbuds, especially wireless but I’ve grown to love them. Especially these Bose ear buds that I’m enjoying my sounds on. Nice & clear and the fit in my ears are great.

Great Noise Cancelling Earbuds

I bought this and Airpods Pro to compare. I decided to return AirPods and keep Bose QC.
I bought it for working at the cafe of my gym. AirPods didn't really cancel the noise as much as Bose. I can still listen to classic or opera music while they are blasting hip-hop (I could still hear the beats but very subtle). Call quality is slightly better with Bose too. I like having the app to switch modes. I found it a little bit easier to switch between devices with Bose. You just have to press the little button on the case and it rotates though. AirPods, on the other hand, it supposed to do that by itself, but not always...so I always had to go settings > Bluetooth each time I switch to iMac or MacBook Air. Having the options to manually switch between devices works a lot better with Bose. Despite many people complaining about the size of the case, this was non issue for me. Women's clothes often don't have pockets anyway. Even with skinny jeans, putting something as small as AirPods case makes it uncomfortable anyway, so we rarely put anything in them. Instead, I wanted to avoid getting it lost in my bag, or slip out and hitting the floor, which happens so often with the AirPods case. With the Bose case, I don't have to buy a protective case for the case. The complain I have is the choice of touch controls. Not all needs volume control, and it is way too sensitive. When you are sliding down your finger up or down to control volume, and the finger tips is slightly moist, it activates voice control. It was so annoying. I had to turn off the voice control on Bose. But that activated Siri. So I had to deactivate Siri too on my iPhone. I wish there are choices to assign something else in place of voice activation. Switching mode would be nice. I guess this user interface choice comes from focusing on people using the devices mostly while driving. I could be wrong but I see more Bose users in the cafes in the city than on the road.

Great fit, Robust sound

I bought this after already owning Bose QC original and replaced it with Sony WF-1000XM4.
Now I'm definitely replacing Sony with QCII, I love this updated Bose earbuds. Size of earbuds and case much more acceptable to the pocket, sound quality needless to say (bose standards).
What surprised me the most is the fit. I can choose to leave it loose in my ears or rotate all the way for a perfect fit. And even the tight fit doesn't hurt my ears after a 2h meeting... Amazing!
Another feature that I love that I miss in other earbuds is the volume control on swiping in the bud itself. I love it. (and even better, it works in either earbuds)
The downsides fortunately are not deal breakers for me: No wireless charging. No multi point connection. No option to switch off ANC altogether.

Look no further fo the best earbuds ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking for earbuds are hard to come by. I have tried so many and none of the seemed to please me, Ether they didn't give me the sound quality I was expecting, the comfort of them in my ear or just plain ol I can hear everyone around me. So, when I came across the Bose Quiet Comfort I was skeptical. But after using them for them a small period of time they blew me away. I love one thing about this, is the App for the earbuds. to get the noise cancelling and loud sound quality you must use the the application to set the setting. Another awesome setting you can adjust in the App, is if you take the earbud out, you can stop the music from playing so you can do what you need to do, also when making or receiving the calls for in coming and out going are Crystal clear. Have to say these Buds top everything any pair that I have ever used.

Excellent NC earbuds!!

When I checked the reviews about weight and sound . quality, I was hesitant....after couple of days I decided to trust my instinct and previous experience with Bose sound. Finally I ourchased them and was blown away by the build quality, NC and sound. These are top notch earbuds. Fit is perfect first time everytime. They are light weight. Even the charging case is quite slim. Finally I would say that its ok to read the reviews but trust your instinct and judgement. I am glad I did

Overall good, but definitely could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a month ago, and I am happy with the sound quality of the buds. However, the case is way too big to fit comfortably in my pocket. This does not work for me. I have to leave the case and left earbud in my car. The should have put a microphone in both buds, and when I am on a call outside, which is all of the time, all the other person can hear is wind. You would think for $300 these would be as close to perfect as buds can get, but that is just not the case. When in optimal conditions they are great, but any other situation there are problems. Lastly, Bose needs to add an EQ in their apps. I own the QC earbuds and the QC ii’s, and I love the sound Bose engineers, but most everything else needs to change.

Amazing In-Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose just continues to bring amazing sound!! These have Awesome Noise Reduction. I use these while mowing and weed-eating the yard, didn't wish to hear that sound of either engine anymore. Don't even have to have the volume of music up very loud to drown out the sound. Great Fit, Great Comfort, Overall extremely happy!! Was Concerned a bit about battery life and it's outstanding. Thank you Bose for always making great products.
