Product does not provide Basic Function

I bought and returned this product. I owned the Sports model ear buds which I was trying to upgrade to the newer version. However I use multiple devices and I cannot with between devices without a lot of extra work. The sports model it is a click of a button. Not the Quiet Buds. This functionality is a must and according to social mead they would agree as well.

I bought these back in November and probably 3 months in one ear bud stopped working won’t charge won’t sync I don’t know why.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound they emitted love the noise canceling feature but im having so much trouble try to fit the right ear. Bud falls off just by moving the mandible, when talking, singing, yawning etc.,
I had tried all the different covers that come with the products and nothing fits the bud well enough to avoid falling out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were purchased for me in December as a gift. The sound quality is outstanding and typical of the Bose brand. The problem and reason for the low review is I cannot get the bud for my right ear to stay in place. I have tried all 3 sizes of the ear piece and none of them will stay in place. Both of my sons tried the earbuds and same problem for them. Not sure if others are having the same problem. I would like to speak to someone from Bose if available.
