Bose never disappoints! This earbuds are the bomb. Connect when you place either earbuds in your ears.

Only reason I returned it is because it keeps jumping out of my ears. Could not find a way to stay still. Bose is my bestest in regards to sound. But keeping it in place is a different story. Similar problem w my 2 headphones. I kept it because of the sound!

Hurts my ears even with smallest plug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really would like to love this. The size and compact case are great. However after wearing for 1/2 hour and longer, i feel pain in the soft bones around my ears, even with the smallest plug. I wonder if there are air hole size difference between Americans and Asians. They might need to research that.
I also get some delay on the left earbud consistently. Maybe that’s why some don’t like wireless.

Hello! We appreciate that you have tried the three different sizes of the ear tips. They are designed to be an umbrella shaped nozzle that spreads pressure evenly across your ear for comfort, stability, and passive noise blocking. All while an extended fin tucks into the ridge of your ear for an even more secure fit.

Bought these earbuds for a gift for my husband. He’s especially impressed with comfort and the noise cancelling feature. He is now able to mow without hearing the roar of the engine and is able to cancel out my voice at will, too.
