Very difficult to use

I've already discouraged 3 people from buying these . I am constantly required to reconnect with my devices; the bluetooth function only permits one device at a time. So if you're connected to your phone and want to use them on your tablet, you must physically disconnect from the phone 1st. If it's nearby great; if it's not you need to get and disconnect before you can use it on your device.... over and over again. It is quite inconvenient and time consuming. There is very little product support as well. I'm referred to product help but it doesn't work unless I'm connected. If you have a fix for this annoyance great; otherwise these are coming back!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties switching devices on your Quiet Comfort Earbuds!
Regarding this, you should not have to clear the pairing on your earbuds every time you wish to connect a new device. The QC Earbuds can remember up to seven different connections. I have included this helpful link: https://bose.life/2IKRG7b, which should help you with the switching of the Bluetooth devices.

Noise canceling is fantastic

Noise canceling is fantastic, fit is great using it for phone calls sucks everyone says you sound like your in a tunnel, also when your not on a phone and just wearing them the mic picks up everything it hears and makes a basey sound flutter in your ear.
No where as good as the sound sport

I'm sorry that you seem to be having some issues with the microphones. Does the 'wind tunnel' noise happen across multiple different calls? Ensure that the earbuds are fitted so that the microphones are directed towards your mouth for the best pickup. (Shown here - https://bose.life/2I52bSx) Additionally, when you talk about the mic picking up everything when not on a call, what level of noise cancellation are you using? If you're using level 0, this means that you're in full awareness mode, which will in fact amplify the noise around you for better hearing.

Great sound quality

Not as good as expected

I was extremely excited to purchase these noise cancelling earbuds. For the price I expected supreme quality coming from Bose. I’ve used the sport earbuds for about 2 years and loved everything about them, but that didn’t have noise cancelling. If you buy these earbuds ensure you have the correct size ear adjustments on. If not the distortion of the sound will make you believe they are defective. In addition, these are hit play at the top volume earbuds. The sound just doesn’t seem to hold true. Overall they are ok, but I’d not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the sports earbuds but wanted to upgrade to noise canceling and ditch the cable between the earbuds, and these fit the ticket perfectly. Everything about them is extreme audio satisfaction! Highly recommend!
