Crackling in left ear bud

The left ear bud has a constant crackling noise. Wasn't what i was hoping for.

Superb Noise Cancelation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I worked for 17+ years at United Airlines on the ramp. I never believed that ear protection which did NOT cover fully the entire ear's anatomy qualified as noise reduction protectors until 3M achieved a 32 decibel Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) with theirs; the highest I've been able to find and the only ones I will wear while taxing wide body aircraft. These Bose earplugs come as close to 3M' 32 NRR as I've ever experienced. They are "Keepers" for me. And no, I will never wear them for work, but I certainly will have then on while lounging around the house. I'm not a Bose loyal -I am loyal to no capitalist- but these are truly phenomenal. They accomplished the impossible. One pair that I will not be returning anytime soon. The sound quality is as good as any higher end earbuds on market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are amazing! I only ever buy Bose products. I am a lifelong customer. I had Bose wireless headphones before these. They were several years old and heavily used. They began not holding a charge any longer, so I decided to upgrade and purchase the earbuds. Holy cow! I didn't know the sound could get any better! I am still floored by their sound and their technology. I especially love the way you can make the sound "quiet" or "aware". Again, I can't express enough how much I love these earbuds! I listen to songs to in my car and think, "Oh, this song will sound awesome on my earbuds!" Thank you, Bose, for making an excellent product, once again.

Great ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a couple weeks ago,and I am happy with these.The sound is amazing you can hear every instrument and every note,and the bass sound is great.Also the quiet comfort is the real deal they block out the noisy background so well. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and after all it's Bose you can't go wrong.

Don't waste your time with other earbuds

These things are amazing. Once you get the right fit, the world around you disappears. I just realized the other day that you just have to double tap your left ear piece with your finger and the earbuds will switch modes so that you can either hear the room (if someone is talking to you) or you can make the background disappear. Absolutely amazing. Guy across the street was cutting the grass and I didn't hear him while I was listening to music and a normal volume level. My daughter wanted to talk to me so I double tapped and I could immediately hear her voice and the lawnmower with the music that I was listening to. It was really unreal.

Just wish I could use one earbud at a time and then switch ear buds to one conserve is battery life and still be able to listen to my surroundings.
