Very disappointed

I received these for Christmas and after 6 uses they are no longer working. I am truly disappointed because I chose theses over other options.

For calls - worst ever

Bought the limited edition light/ gray blue earbuds and they look great but perform horribly. Clients can hear more of the sounds around me than my own voice when talking to them. It doesn't AT ALL do a decent job in filtering out all of the outside noise whether it be running water, crowd noise, etc.

Dry Disappointed

Have had the Bose QuietComfort earbuds for a couple weeks, and have made a several airplane trips with them including a 9 hour flight to Central Europe. Very disappointed in 1) quality of sound reproduction, 2) lack of acceptable noise cancellation, 3) ease of which they fall out of your ears. This was my fourth Bose headphone/ earbud purchase over the last 5 years and likely the last based on this experience.

All three of your issues could be attributed to the wrong size tips being used. Please check the box for the different sizes of tips and try them out. By default, you'll have the medium size installed, but you may require the small or large. If none of these do the trick, we do have some alternate size tips available. Wonderful Product, But You Need To Be Aware....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: Was delivered quickly. Sound quality is superb. Three choices of background noise are full, medium and none; accomplished by double-tap on left ear-piece. In-ear volume accomplished quickly by upward swipe on right-ear-piece to increase or downward swipe to decrease. Excellent experience using with my laptop, audio emails; ESPECIALLY, with my "Encounter", meditation emails; I use with no background noise. I am looking forward to using with all my available audio sources. Using with my cellphone was also Excellent! For first time, ever, I do not have to ask caller to repeat anything; even when I am only wearing the right ear-piece.
Make sure you download the Bose Music App onto cellphone before you do anything. When you click on the app, your Bose Product with pic will be at top in bold print. Your cellphone will show as connected; in light print under the bold print info. Add other devices from the "other devices setting", found on those devices. When established, open the Bose Music app on the phone; tap on the top, bold-print, info box showing your new Bose product and the product's available charge %; tap on the "Bluetooth Source" box; tap on the device you want your new Bose Product to connect to.
CONS: Since I do not consider myself to be "tech-savy", by any stretch of the imagination, I wish I had nicknamed my laptop, "laptop" and my cell-phone, "cell-phone" or "cell". Instead, I always hear the formal name of my connection with all the letters/numbers. I have been unable to take time to figure out how to make the change from "formal" to "nicknames". Had to get use to the charging box, but is not a purchase game-changer.
I definitely recommend the Bose QC Earbuds; even, with my tech-savy ineptness; that required a much longer ability to actually use my new earbuds than any grade-school, aged grandchild, would need.
Even though I consider these earbuds to be "pricy", I am so glad I bought these and would do so again. They deliver sound, even better than I was expecting; by wearing the small ear "wing" on the right earbud and the medium "wing" on the left earbud, they are comfortable and stay in place for as long as I wear them. I even wore them to the grocery store, connected to my cell-phone. Thankfully, I had already changed the left earbud "wing" from small (after it fell out of my ear three times) to medium.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earbuds everyday. I wear them up to about 5 hours until they start to get a bit uncomfortable in only my right ear. Apparently, my right ear canal is smaller than my left. I used the smallest wing tips. The sound is amazing! The controls are easy to use. The noise cancellation is outstanding! I’m looking to buy the 700s for myself for Christmas. These products are amazing!

Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is still taking me a little bit of time to figure out how to quickly and properly insert them in my ear but I must say these things are tiny little sound protecting beasts! Once I get them in correctly I don’t worry about them falling out and I’m confident they do just as good a job as my over ear nose sound cancelling headphones. I also have trouble easily opening the case but I just think it’s because it’s so new.
In all honesty I bought these with the intention of returning them if they didn’t work out and so far I’m in love. The final test will happen in a few days when I take them on a plane ride. At this point I’m confident they will pass that test. I love my over ear ones but between face masks and my travel pillow it’s just too much for my tactile issues, so I thought by switching to in ear ones that would help immensely
