Simply the best

I have been using this brand for several years and the quality of their products is incredible. I had a rare really bad customer service experience at the end of 2022, but aside from that, Bose was the best in customer service and now is still THE one when it comes to sound quality comfort and easy of use.

Great sound but slippery case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the earbuds! My only complaint about the product was about the carrying case. The black case is smooth, but slippery. Because I have big hands, I have to use the very tip of my thumbnail to press the release button down far enough for it to open. The smooth surface is nice, but I had to purchase grip tape from my local hardware store to add a grippy surface in select locations around the carrying case. My recommendation for builders of the small black carrying case is for them to put notches or groves on the sides because that would provide some kind of grip to make opening the case easier. Other than that, the sound quality and comfort are amazing, and I love my Bose!!

Noise canceling

Better then expected

My expectations for these was very high. They did not disappoint. The range of sound is unbelievable. Noise reduction is amazing. These are worth every penny.

Excellent Noise Cancellation

Excellent noise cancellation! This is the main reason I bought this product and it does not disappoint. There are 10 levels of noise cancellation, and you can define two custom presets to easily toggle between your favorite levels. This is in addition to two built-in levels, which are "quiet" (the max setting) and "aware" (the min setting). With cancellation at max, and some light music playing, the world completely drowns away. This exceeds the noise cancellation ability of my older, wired, Bose noise cancellation earbuds, which is impressive since these are wireless.
The "aware" mode can be configured so that it auto adjusts the cancellation level based on ambient noise. I use this while push mowing my yard. When the mower is off, the cancellation is off, and I can hear my surroundings, but as soon as I start the mower, the cancellation automatically kicks in and drowns out most of the mower engine noise.
The battery life is amazing. In my experience it is better than published, even with noise cancellation at max. I use these several hours everyday at work, and I only have to charge the case once per week.
The capactive touch controls are very nice. They work flawlessly, and I love that you don't have to press the bud into your ear, causing discomfort, as you would for physical buttons. I use the swipe up/down for volume control all the time, as well as the double tap for cycling through the noise cancellation levels.
My only complaint is that my ears get a little sore after wearing them for 2-3 hours, and I have to take a break from them for an hour. But that may be that I am not using the right sized tips yet (still figuring them out), but overall the discomfort is slight, and only occurs after several hours of continuous use.

Living up to the Bose name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds exceeded my expectations. I was using the apple airpods and these blow those away. Was concerned with the size and how they would fit and stay in my ears. No problems. They fit great and have not fallen out yet. The sound quality is excellent with the same if not better sound than my bose headphones without the clunkiness. As well I work out with the earbuds and don't have to worry about sweat issues like I did with the headphones. Only issue is that I totally escape the world around my while wearing and wouldn't hear a knock on my door or a plane flying overhead. Something I was looking for.
