Noise cancellation is fair to poor.

I purchased these to replace my aging Quiet Comfort 20 wired earbuds. I have used these for many years mainly when outside mowing and the wiring is starting to wear and fray at the amplifier box. However when comparing the wireless QC earbuds to the QC20 and my Bose 700 hp there is almost no cancellation. The "quiet" and "Aware" modes are almost equal and nonresistant. I am afraid that I will have to return these.

One side not working

For my bose headphones the right side is not working. I tried to followed self help steps on bose where it was to perform different steps to solve the problem. And it did. However after a while the right side of the headphones won't work anymore. I try to pair it again by following the instructions but that is not even working. So bluetooth connection was not resetting which prevented from reconnecting from my phone. Followed all the reset guides in the instructions but no success.

Got these earbuds as a birthday gift from my daughters. Couldn't be happier. The sound is crystal clear with tight bass. Love 'em!!

Blocks backgound noise very well.

Going on 2 years with no issues but should be easier to update the firmware. They wouldn't connect to my old phone until I updated the firmware

Very effective Noise Cancelling
