Great but doesn't work

I gor these for Christmas and I'm happy with them, the quality is great but only one works, I've tried everything to gethe other one to work and it just won't so I'm not happy at all

I bought these at end of the month hopefully they would fit like my sports headset but the ears pieces that come with them small to med to large irritated the inside of my ear so i return them and bought over the ear i wished they made sports head set in Quite comfot design.
