Great pair of earbuds!

If only…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If Bose could provide smaller sizes of the StayHear™ Max tips included with these earbuds, I would be able to say that these are absolutely amazing.
Out of the three sizes provided in the package (S/M/L), I can only barely use the small without seriously hurting my ears.
Bose, please provide extra small StayHear™ Max tips for these QC earbuds. It would make my year. :)
This is my first time actually owning something from Bose, but I’ve borrowed and been around their equipment enough to confidently say that it’s exceptional.
If I wasn’t so poor, because I choose to be a teacher and social worker instead of making money, I would get the Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 w/Charging Case.
As an frontline worker serving our community through this pandemic, a luxury like that would make tough days a whole lot easier. Would definitely be a significant part of Self care.

Noise canceling works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so cool to discover that touching the earbud can turn on and off the noise canceling feature. So when someone starts to talk I can simply touch to hear them talk and then touch again to enter silence and listen to my audible book. I rated the comfort lower because they are bulky and even though come in 3 different sizes none really fit my ear well. I had to work with customer service and they were fast and helpful. I recommend calling vs. Texting for the customer service. The texting took literally days where as phone took minutes.

Struggles with fitting and staying in ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product for about 2 weeks and the audio is very good and I like the noise canceling but for the price I paid it’s frustrating because I can’t get them to stay in my ears that great, I’ve used Bose sport earbuds and never really had any fit issues but the quietcomfort earbuds I’m having all kinds of problems

Perfect gift !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds! The sound is Amazing! The fit is Great! Actually, these are the only earbuds I can find that have a comfortable fit for my small ears. I would have given 5 stars, but the only thing I think is missing is the fact that you can not connect these to two devices at the same time. If Bose would fix this, I would give them 10 stars!
