Works Great Most off the Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is very good and the noise canceling works well. I can wear these mowing the lawn and the noise is cut down about the same as other heating protection but now I can listen to music. The earbuds will occasionally lose connection with my iPhone. I noticed that this usually happens when listening to a satellite radio app with WiFi enabled. I will sometimes need to disable WiFi to keep the earbuds connected to my phone. The connection will occasionally drop even when listening to music that is on the phone. I would give them 5 stars if the connectivity was better. Also wished the charging case was a smaller more convenient size.

Not ready for prime time

Overall these headphones are a great concept but they miss on ergonomics and device interface. The sound is above average, the active noise reduction is average (the legacy corded product is superior). The interface with apple products is slow and cumbersome as you have to open the Bose app in order to switch between sources. I have the Sport versions too and I would/will gladly swap them all out when I find another product. I have used these on several international flights and they are below average for that purpose.

Disconnects to much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them in August. I keep having issue's with them disconnecting from my phone. Then when I try to switch to my watch. I can't find it. I have top delete app and reset everything. I do this at least 2x a week.

Great sound but....

I bought these earbuds upon read g a review about how great their ABC was but let me tell you it's not, really. Not only will their tips not block my ear entirely, as I have pretty small ears, but sound still filters in from left and right. I'm not disputing the sound quality (which BTW is awesome!) but it's not the noise cancelation I was hoping for from seeing the reviews. If you're looking for great quality music sound, these may be for you, but if like me it's the noise cancellation part you're after, you may be best off looking somewhere else.

As you mentioned, getting the proper fit is important for maximum noise cancelation as our new eartips are specifically designed to help mask noise alongside noise cancelation. In the box, there are three different sizes of eartips to chose from. I would suggest trying these to start. Some major flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sound, and appreciate the recent software update that added the eq control. Yet I’d like to have at least 5 frequency controls. The current 3 is a bare minimum.
Of course another flaw is the size of the case. This is simply the number 1 reason that I consider selling this item.
But when it comes to how comfortable it feels, nothing comes close to Bose.

Problems

They seem to like to reconnect when disconnected. Often, I put them on after being in their charge box and the power level is to low to use. I have to press the reset button to get them charging. They have their problems.
