Sound Quality

These have good sound quality for listening to music, but very poor quality for making phone calls. I just got this product a couple of months ago and sometimes when I’m doing cardio I get static and feedback. When I’m on the phone people often say they can’t hear me with my ear buds in.

Right ear bud quit charging

We'd love to help you with your headphones. The right earbud is the primary bud which emits the Bluetooth signal to the secondary left earbud, because of this, the right is required for use. You have a 1 year warranty linked with your purchase. Reach out to your local service team and we can get this resolved for you.

Best noise reduction on the planet by far!
