I've been a loyal Bose user for 22 years. Always exceeding sound quality for the price. However, I wouldn't be a loyal client/customer if I didn't say how my experience has been. Price/Sound/Physical-ft & look/THE CASE.
Price Too high for what the market and its competitors have. Bose was doing and pioneered ANC so why not stay ahead and deliver confidently with competing prices. The global currency just doesn't stretch for the products big boy companies are putting out there. Just saying. Lower it to a 100.00 to 150.00 what ever currency for the local markets. $199USD is just to expensive.
SOUND - Lay man would say awesome. It is studio quality in comparison to its competitors (for the money).
Physical-Fit and Look - I feel like I'm a science office on the Enterprise - you designed them to stick out... that's fine if that's the look, but seriously. Can't you do BETTER? Yes they're snugglly fit in the ear-lobes and seal the ear canal, but it hideous - and for cold climates when placing/removing over the ear hats - its painful to use long time - tolerant only for short commutes. More that 45 minutes and ouch! Look I'm not docking you points for C19 Mask usage only for the cold weather hats - Okay ;0).
The CASE - why don't you put wheel on the darn things... and if it has to be that BIG. Then make it indestructible at least - seems and feels CHEAP. NOT BOSE material you read me.
Well I can let you baulk at this one since its your FIRST attempt, but heed this message. DO BETTER. Every single Bose item I've bought I'd either bought others as gifts or raved about them that they bought them just to shut me up, and guess what they became fans and spread the word. I am still on the fence on recommendation for these. I'm hoping to see better design fits, casing, and pricing. Even if you were to design an elite First Class model with a premium price of $300.00 at a least that would make up some of the difference. You weren't the first to bring earbuds of this nature to that market - so WHAT happened? No really I'm asking. It's not your best foot forward. Look I luv your products and am a patron. Great Design And Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased last month for noise cancellation and better comfort than my wrap-around regular earbuds, which press uncomfortably on ear canal when wearing more than a short time and lacked noise cancelation. The Bose QC Earbuds design effectively stay in with soft, flexible wings that comfortably hold in the ear. Bose gives you three wing sizes to find the best fit. This design is made for those that want a comfortable earbud that stays in. Additionally, they are more comfortable than my traditional, wrap around earbuds because the earbuds have an open umbrella shape and rest on the ear canal instead of narrower and resting inside the ear canal. That makes them much more comfortable than traditional wrap around ones for anything longer than short periods.
The Bose QC Earbuds have very well-designed features as well. You can select four listening styles that match your listening and environment, like Music, Walking, and Quiet as well as selecting how much noise canceling you want with each. Quiet, of course, gives maximum NC, but others can be personalized to your preferences. The Aware setting is particularly impressive and amazing by allowing awareness, as the name says, of your surroundings, yet increasing the NC whenever intrusive noises arise and increase to moderate those, giving you a more stable volume in dynamic sound environments.
I tested these settings on a jet flight days ago. Engine noise dramatically reduced with the Quiet mode. The Aware mode moderated the engine and other background noise as passengers boarded, yet allowed the flight attendant to be heard clearly giving the safety instructions. Amazing that Bose design can allow voices to come through while still cutting background sound.
Of course, the sound lives up to Bose high standards along with the case and the way the buds fit as the buds drop securely in place for storage and charging. In summary, Bose designed one of the best, if not the best, earbuds for versatile, intuitive noise canceling, comfort, and great sound. Beyond that, those who want earbuds that stay in place as well will be hard pressed to find better earbuds. Bravo Bose!

Love the noise cancellation top notch

I put these on at night and turn the noise cancellation on and sleep with the fan full blast. No police sirens no traffic noise peace and quiet

Awesome earphones

I bought many earphones in different brand but after I get the Bose QuietComfort earbuds… ujuuuum the best earbuds of the world for music and I love the idea to personalize the Acustic Noise Cancelling, really the most interesting technology recently added to Bose, never experienced anything like that

Have had them for a week and the sound is amazing!! My only small criticism is the ear price can make your inside ear lob very tender. Trying to get the proper fit is hard with only three sizes to choose from. Other then that , great.

I’ve owned the Quiet Comfort ear buds for 2 yrs. This recent purchase was for my girlfriend. When she tried mine she was blown away with the sound quality. I own five other Bose products. I buy Bose for the sound and build quality, as well as, their reputation. This latest purchase was a gift. You can never go wrong with “The Gift of Bose”.

After using them for one month the left one sounds like the speaker is blown or something. It just kind of rumbles and nothing comes through clear, I feel like I just wasted my money
