[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought my ear buds a few months ago, which I love. But, people are still able to hear quite a bit of background noise (wind or road noise) when I am taking my daily walk or driving.

WFO needs a mute on the headset

The earbuds are solid and Bose def has the sound you want but I need a pair of earbuds for more than just a workout. I need to be able to mute the call immediately, even when I am 20 feet from my device. These earbuds have no mute button on the set at all. This doesn't work for the work-from-home scenario in my world now. If this Isn't important, they're a great earbud set

Even the inconveniences are convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everybody complains about how big these earbuds are, but this is honestly to their advantage. The flat surface provided on the outside does everything you could possibly imagine in terms of controls. They are a little more bulky than airpods, but they're less bulky than their own predecessor and the heft is more than managed by the stayhear tips, not to mention that they are more comfortable than airpods because of the tips as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet comfort indeed. External noise truly was muffled down...or I should say almost closed to being muted. My friend was mowing the lawn, barely heard it. Not bulky and does not stick out as much as the old version. As for me, it’s easier and quicker to have the control of the sound directly from the ear piece or from the phone.

Unfortunately, the lack of directions made it very difficult to figure out the BlueTooth connection and the switching back-and forth between devices is very confusing.

I bought these and WOW!! They are truly amazing. They fit my odd ears perfectly. Let’s talk about the noise cancellation feature, it’s amazing. Way better then my old headphones. Highly recommended!!
