Wireless connection spotty

Consistent issues with connecting my phone to the set of earbuds. Also charging case would mysteriously stop charging randomly

Only negative he's told me is that when he's talking with someone, the person on the other line can hear all background noise, such as papers rustling, his feet hitting the pavement if he's jogging, etc.

Bose quality as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the QC20 for a while waiting for the wireless version. In the mean time I went with the AirPods Pro, but those neither have good sound nor good ANC.
I'm so glad Bose finally has this wireless QC, totally worth the wait! The sound is excellent without having excessive punch, and the ANC is great just as usual.
The only thing I don't like (much) is the touch functions as they don't work well. When I'm at the gym and I wipe my face with the towel the volume goes up, but if I want to actually change the volume with my finger it doesn't respond, or it won't pause either.
Other than that, this is Bose at it's best!

Really good earbuds with some missing norms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the earbuds are really good in both sound and ANC as well as a good fit for almost all sizes I'd like to say. However it does pain me when the only way you can use the single earbud function is by using only the right earbud, you can't use only the left. Another thing is an equalizer within the Bose app instead of relying on the system equalizer/third party apps.

Great earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise cancelling is better than the QC-35's I have. Great for listening to music and still being aware of your surroundings ( with a tap to cycle the noise cancelling to 0) Incredible sound. Great touch controls.

Excellent sound for books

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that I’m not tied to the neck band from the last in ear noise cancelling product. The features though are not as user friendly. I have to connect in the charge container before taking them out. I haven’t been able to find the feature for sound volume or advancing or going back by 30 seconds. I can do this on my Apple Watch but I watched the video on how it’s supposed to work but doesn’t.
