[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a overhead pair wireless noise canceling that I really enjoy but the ear buds fit perfectly nothing but pure sound!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose QC Earbuds have the best noise cancelling and sound reproduction of any earbud I have tried. I have never been disappointed by a Bose product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and clear sound; awesome features. The siri assistance feature is a game changer. The earbuds easily and effortlessly connect to my devices.

If you plan to use these on one device, they're super. It's easy to pair and the sound and noise canceling are fantastic. But if you want to switch between devices, it's a nightmare. I may have no choice but to return

Hey Chris, it's awesome to hear your high regards for the sound quality and noise cancellation.
It's a shame that you're experiencing difficulty when using your earbuds with multiple devices. To ensure you are performing the correct process, take a look at our guidance - https://bose.life/2Kj6Otx.
I love bose but the new buds are a huge let down they made the same mistakes as the sound sport buds with the primary emphasis on the right earbus and its even worse then that on the sound sport at least you were able to raise and lower the volume but not on these buds and there is no equalizer for turning over all a big let down if bose fixes the issue that I mentioned i would reconsider buying them again

Hi Eddy,
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Sorry to hear that you have been let down by these earbuds. Did you know there are volume controls through the touch sensors on your product? You need to enable this in the Bose Music app, simply just visit your product settings to opt in on this feature.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used all three rubber inner ear S/M/L options for the head phones but they are constantly falling out. Every time I am running or working out the buds fall out or become loose.

The fact that only the right one is usable for the phone is very disappointing. It has great sound for music. Disconnects too frequently.

Hey! It's great to hear that you think that the headphone have great sound for music! I'm sorry to hear that your Bluetooth disconnects. I would recommend staying within the 33 ft of Bluetooth range of the headphones. I would recommend clearing the pairing list by pressing and holding the button in the case for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing from your source devices and connect like a new connection. Thanks! Kerri - Customer Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds approximately six weeks ago. I am fascinated with the quality, sound, and fit. The noise cancellation is nonpareil. I have not experienced any issues wearing them with working out. The features are intuitive and work instantly. The one encumbrance I have is the absence of a volume control feature, however, I can look past this omission since every thing else with this product is first-rate.
