Recently purchased the quiet comfort first time because I wanted to graduate to wireless but so far I cannot say I am happy because the earpieces hurt and feel uncomfortable. Never had this before. The sound is good but I am thinking to return and try something different

Perfect truly wireless earbuds

They have great battery life, amazing call quality, a comfortable and secure fit and great sound. The transparency mode is extremely helpful and the active noise canceling continues to impress. It also has a helpful app to go along with everything. I don't have any buyer's remorse with this purchase, I would recommend to anyone!

Great sound and the earbuds stay in my ear, however Bose needs to add a way for the user to deactivate the touch activated Voice Control. This is the most intrusive annoyance ever! Even turning off Siri on my iPhone doesn't stop the interruption in my listening pleasure.

I anticipated this purchase more than most. I am a huge Bose fan and was looking for a reason to put down my Apple AirPod pros. Upon receipt and initial use in playing music, I was greatly satisfied and believed to be vindicated when I thought that Bose would have a better product than Apple. However, further usage indicated that was not the case. Several limitations: 1. You have to use the right earbud for phone calls. the left alone will NOT work. Apple allows either earbud to work independently. 2. While good once connected to a call, changing between calls provides sporadic connectivity at best. Bose lives up to the name as being the best! These are super comfy and work as intended. I spend a good amount of time on calls through the day and do not feel and discomfort or fatigue in my ears.
