Almost PERFECT

THE GOOD: top-tier sound and noise cancellation
THE NOT GREAT: user convenience
Now to elaborate:
THE GOOD: I think the sound on the QC Earbuds is PERFECT for my preference. It's tuned with beautifully present vocals and strong, deep bass. (for audiophiles: the tuning sounds very close to the Harman in-ear target to me) The sound is never fatiguing and is extremely enjoyable for the wide variety of genres I listen to (and podcasts!). The noise cancellation (NC) is also absolutely top-tier and comes very close to the strength of the best full-sized NC headphones. If you care about good sound and the best noise cancellation you can get in an earbud form factor, these are a no brainer.
THE NOT GREAT: I was disappointed to see that a few user-friendliness features from previous Bose products were lacking here. I found it extremely frustrating to switch between devices (which used to be extremely easy with just one press of the Bluetooth button to cycle between devices), and although this wasn't a major issue for me, I miss being able to control volume on the earbuds. I also found that the battery indicator lights on the case are very inaccurate, where 2/5 bars actually represents empty. I'm not sure if this is just my unit but just putting this out there.
THE AVERAGE: I thought comfort was just okay. Because of the slight bulge that fits the proximity sensors, I had ear fatigue a little earlier than in the past with other Bose earbuds (after about 3 hours), but in general fit and comfort is good. Battery life is also good but not great, I was able to easily get through 3 consecutive days of very heavy use before needing to charge the case, and that's good enough for me. The case is slightly chunky but this isn't an issue for me.
In summary, I think if you're looking for the best sound and the best noice cancellation, the Bose NC Earbuds are an easy choice. Overall I think they're nearly perfect and I absolutely love them, there were just a few nitpicks that I had that made me drop it one star.

They Lost the best part of BOSE

What happens to yalls earpieces? you had the best one's hands down and now they are just like the rest in the world. They don't stay and I have tried all the 3 different sizes. I will be returning these for sure. I was hoping they would replace my AirPod Pros but not yet.

Uncomfortable

Great product with one flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Preordered and received them sooner than expected. These ear buds are truly amazing, but can’t say they are perfect.
Pros: Amazing sound quality
Outstanding noise cancelling
Comfortable for all day wear
Long battery life
Cons: Only one in my opinion. When using them
on phone calls, people on the receiving end
of my call can hear all of my background
noise, and it’s so loud that they can’t stay on
the call for too long. Is their a software patch
for this issue.
All in all they are great ear buds for listening to music, podcasts but not so good with phone calls.

Not good while Riding a Mountain Bicycle

I purchased these because I needed something that I could use while riding my mountain bicycle. Other party were not able to hear me because of the wind noise (was not traveling fast). Because of that I am very disappointed. They also do not work well canceling noise while riding the mountain bicycle. Have had several issues with the blue tooth connectivity where no sound comes out of earbuds until after a few hours of trouble shooting them. will take them back in to get a replacement.

Due to the nature of noise cancellation earbuds, we'd recommend using this product with caution. The inability to hear surrounding sounds may present a danger to yourself or others when performing such activities. For general use, it looks as though you may be experiencing less effective noise cancellation due to the fit of your earbuds. I can sleep with my husband again

I can turn on a good movie, turn up the noise cancelling and I am happily asleep in no time at all! This is also the only time I have bought headphones that go inside my ears where the headphones actually fit. Typically they wont even fit inside they so so big.These are a tight fit, but not uncomfortable. Just very snug.
