Not what I expected

I got my bose quietcomfort ear buds for Father's day and fir the money that was spent they suck. Can only use the right one by itself so if it dies have to wait for to charge. Then while on a call the caller can't even understand u all they hear is the background noise. It's very fascinating

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Earbuds II. An update was released earlier this year that lets you choose the left earbud instead of the right earbud for singular use. Please update the firmware of the buds to get the option in the Bose Music app and this will resolve your first issue.

With the caller not being able to hear you, this would suggest you are not pointing the buds directly at your mouth properly due to improper fit of the buds. This can be resolved by adjusting the fit and ensuring they are inserted correctly. Details for better fit can be found here: https://bose.life/3rzjemM.

The battery life can go up to 6 hours, but this depends on the listening volume.
