Connection problems and not more comfortable

I bought these in the hope that they were an improvement on the last addition. And in a few ways, they are better but connection problems are much worse. One of them keeps falling out of my head and they’re just a poor design from software to hardware and I hope pose goes back to the previous design because this one is just garbage.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC Earbuds II. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with connection problems. That certainly shouldn't be happening. If you haven't already, please try to establish a new connection and make sure you're keeping the buds within 10m of the source device. Firmware updates can also be pushed via the Bose Music app. Please make sure the buds are fully updated.
With regard to them falling from your ears, this sounds like you have the wrong sized tips installed. The Bose Music app has a fit guide that instructs you on best sizing and placement. Great but need improvements

Needs an update so that my QC can have mono use. I dislike anything in my dominant right ear since the majority of the people also sit to my right and i can drown out the wind from my left window. Left ear bud is not able to function without the right. It automatically disconnects my bluetooth or still scans. So if an update would correct this in a heartbeat youd get 5 stars all around. I made thorough comparisons with the QC2 and chose the QC because its' charge time was faster and the features werent really a massive difference. Unfortunately i wasn't able to try on the demo because of covid to test the comfort. The app will only function if you have the earbuds too
