Noise canceling is better than expected

Noise canceling is better than expected. Since it is the most important issue for me, I’m fully satisfied. Yes, call quality can be better but I knew some weaknesses, it’s okay for me.

Fantastic easy to use earbuds

Wow now that's what I call anc active noice cancelling, on the flight out to my holiday in Cyprus I used the anc to great affect the screaming baby was but a distance sound and the child was in the row behind me, I will never fly again without them . And as for the sound quality,well it's Bose so what do you think it was like simple one of the very best that money acn buy . This is one product that I have no hesitation to recommend they are well worth the money. A lot of reviews say that are to big but I don't think it's the case , and as for battery life I charged the night before I took the 4.5 hour flight and I had no problem at all used in the terminal before the flight and on board for the whole flight and the still had 35% when I got to the hotel. The Bose app is big free and so easy to use . I have tried a lot of cheaper earbuds in the past fro jvc skull and Sony plus lots more and I now wish I had just spent the money in the first place and got Bose .

If you travel these earbuds will change your life. Incredible noise cancellation when flying or participating in calls. What you would expect from Bose and better!

Love the Quite mode!

I hesitated to purchase the Bose Quiet II - but so glad I did! I love the sound & easy options to switch between modes. I have Apple air pods - I prefer to wear these - also they fit more securely.

Blue tooth Connectivity

This product can be great, but it decides to be par at best. The ANC is excellent, except when they're a strong wind, the wind causes the function ability to lose its stability since it's trying to accommodate for the sound of the wind.
The silicon cover comes off fairly quickly. It does not have friction to keep it attached to the top part of the lid. It can be better.
The blue tooth connectivity, great during the first few months but then it decides to cut off or entirely not auto-connect when needed be. The most app is great but the frequent reconnection is a hassle. I like it to connect the right way once I plug them in my ear without taking my phone out to reconnect to my blue tooth.
I like my body product but for some reason, this model is underwhelming. I'm okay for now with not having wireless charging capability but if your product is meant to be a blue tooth earbud, it shouldn't take 5 minutes to reconnect every time I need to use it. The drop calls isn't great either, also, fun fact I lost connection while writing this review. Went from 3 to 2.5, please be better!!

It's great to hear you were impressed by the noise cancellation of the product, but I'm sorry to hear you've had issues using them in strong wind. The buds feature external microphones that help with ANC and if the wind is blowing in just the right position, it will physically interact with the microphone diaphragm (a diaphragm works with moving parts, so the wind is likely exerting pressure on this. You will find this with all noise cancelling headphones.)
With issues relating to connection, please unpair the earbuds and establish a new connection. This should help with any corruptions that may occur with general use. It shouldn't happen often, but as with any Bluetooth device it can happen.

Mic doesn't work properly

Callers complain they can't hear me on the other end because the background noise over powers my voice, cheap mic.
