Surround yourself with clear music using headphone

These headphones allow you to listen to your music as if you are in a theater or hall with the best quality. You are immersed in the music you are listening. I do not like that it does not fit properly in my ear. I have to constantly be adjusting it.

Only decent. QC35 vastly better comfort/quality.

I bought these to replace QC35s that enjoyed a long life of nearly daily use before being put to an early retirement due to me getting too relaxed in a hot tub, and the bottom 1/4" getting submerged in water. 🛀 The QC45s are super stylish and nearly as comfortable, but the sound quality is not nearly as complex or sharp as it's predecessor.
The other complaint is that there are only 2 modes for the ANC. Quiet, which does it's job well, though does not cancel background noise as well as the QC35 or other competitors in the price range. The only other option is Aware mode, which is not the same as turning off ANC. It acts as ambient sound passthrough via the speakers. I wish there was at least a mode to turn off ANC altogether like the QC35. Even better would be an adjustable ANC range like the QC earbuds allowing 10 different settings for the ANC.
Overall, the product is not bad, but it is a step back for BOSE QC line. It fell behind it's competitors with this iteration.

Once you get use to the steps, works great. Worth mentioning, probably due to finger dexterity...slight difficulty grabbing the earbuds off the case. Thank you.
