This is my second pair of these ear buds. The first were.bought about a year ago, the second about 2 months ago. One thing they changed that I do not like is the ear piece sizes have changed. The first set had a 1, 2, and 3 size the new ones have a 1+, 2+ and 3+. The 1 fit my ear like a glove...the 1+ is bigger or thicker or something. I would really like to have the 1 back it was so much more comfortable. Also, the sound on the newest ones is not as rich and deep...it is a little tinty and the bass is not as good. Both have excellent noise blocking and the modes are very well thought out. I should have kept the old ones...but I don't hate the new ones.

Bought them a couple weeks ago and they sound and fit great and are very comfortable. The reason I give them a 4 star rating is just a lack of some features in the app, those being more EQ options and customizing the controls for stuff like pausing, playing, etc. The ANC is incredible btw.

Before I used earbuds quiet comfort but just only one year and six months it's broken. So I claim to bose so they send me this product, I paid for this near about 19000yen. Now this product looks good and comfortable. But I don't know it how long I can use!! Cause I have bad experience before.

I love the noise cancelling and letting more sound come in, but the volume swipe hasn’t been working as well as I wish it would. I like that I can set the taps to what I want though.

I’ve now had these headphone for a solid two months or close to it and use them quite frequently. My wife bought me these around Christmas and as a AirPods Pro user I was completely fine with what I have. These headphones are super nice and I enjoy using them while working or just for music enjoyment. The only thing I wish was different was the connectivity method. This is basically based through Bluetooth and doesn’t pair as quickly from device to device as the Apple devices (AirPods/Beats). Nonetheless, they pair efficiently and if you only primarily use one device then this should never be an issue. 5 out of 5 super happy with the gift.
