Noise canceling earbuds

I bought these a month ago, I work in a computer lab where it's very noisy & these help eliminate 90% of the noise. The music quality is superior from.others I have used!

What's not to love?

Bought these and the Sony's newest buds. For sound, these smoke the Sony for sound quality. It's like the difference between AM and FM radio. For features, I like the Bose better but Sony does have a couple cool features that I wish were on the Bose and visa versa for my backup Sony's

Left ear bud not working

The left earbud stopped working with audio. The touch activation works to switch between modes but no audio comes out. Very disappointing

Problems

I have the quiet comfort 2 earbuds now, and I have had 3 other pair which all have stopped working in one way or another. So that is 4 different pair of Bose earbuds in the last 3 years. The pair that I have now "where" working great, but only just after a month or two they started having trouble either syncing with my phone or at least when they want to. So I have had to unpair the buds from Bluetooth, delete my earbuds from the app then delete the app from my phone. After all that I have to redo it all, and still I have trouble with the earbuds syncing with the app at times. So I have to repeat everything again. Having to do all that is just "absolutely" inferiorating. Now the new thing is I am having trouble with the volume, they are not as loud as they use to be, and it is just getting frustrating. I have contacted support, and I have done everything they suggested, but still the volume is lower than it used to be. One thing I asked for is if there was a factory reset, and of course there isn't one which I am not to happy about cause if things like this happens, and nothing else is working what is anyone to do??? I'm sure a factory reset would absolutely most likely work, but oh well. I have now decided that these are my last pair of Bose product anything that I will buy. So if I can not get the volume back up, and the sync to stop glitching. I am so sorry to say that I will never buy another Bose product again. I have always loved Bose for there amazing sound in any one of there products, it's just that I can not keep wasting any more money, and time on this product if it's just not going to work only after a little while of use. I am truly sorry that had to give a bad review, and I whished that I didn't have to cause I really, really love Bose products so much, there really is no other product of sound that can compare. But I have no choice. I hope you understand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the opportunity to get my hands on the new Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds. As a music lover, avid movie watcher and overall lifestyle guru, having a good audio listening device is a great additive to my every day carry. Being on the go means I need to take my devices with me and the the Bose QC Earbuds fit the bill. Most of what I can say about these earbuds are to be expected by Bose and the reputation that have garnered in the audio industry. These buds sound amazing. I used theses buds to listen to all types of music from Jazz, Hip-Hop, R&B, Rock, House, Classical and Reggae/Dancehall. The sound on these buds tend to be pretty even through most genres. The mids and highs tend to shine through allowing you to hear detail within the audio as the bass doesn’t tend to drown out the minds and highs. That being said the bass isn’t a slouch. The bass is definitely there but it’s not over powering which to me is a great thing! The bass is clear and doesn’t rumble out at higher volumes. Another good attribute of these buds is that the volume gets pretty loud without having to turnt he volume all the way up! Now, depending on the device you are using these with you may be able to play with the eq to alter the sound to your preference as the app doesn’t have an eq to manipulate from the Bose Connect app. Now using these buds for one ear usage, you can only use the right bud. You can also travel 50 ft or more away from your Bluetooth source before the buds disconnect. Making a call with these buds, the audio is clear and both parties can hear each other fine. The noise cancelation on these buds are also amazing, so you can drown out external sound and get deep into you audio. Lastly, there is no lag with audio when watching video. I don’t have a lot of cons to theses buds but of course nothing is absolutely perfect. You can not alter the volume from the buds and no track controls either and no eq to alter sound directly through the dedicated app. Lastly, as much as I love the sound on these, I was not able to enjoy them as much as I had hoped. Somethings are just not for everyone. For me in particular, I don’t have a deep ear cup in my ears. There was no where for the buds to lay correctly in my ears. The provided wings did not fit my ears either. That being said, I had to actually hold the buds in my ears to get them to stay. A few times I jammed them in my ears to try and get them to stay. They actually stayed in for very short period of time before falling out of my ears. The proprietary stay in ear tips just didn’t work well for me as a more traditional in ear tip would have worked better for my ears. I wanted to write this review so I had to hold them in most of the time to try and get a good feel for how capable these buds are., Even with the short comings I mentioned, these buds would not be a deal breaker for me because I find the sound to be just that good to my ear. The deal breaker for me is the fit, they just don’t’ stay in my ears. Bose if you are listening, please make some in ear buds that actually go further in the ear canal for those of us that can’t wear the winged proprietary ear tips. Please!!! I’d be first in line to pick up a pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my quiet comfort ear buds about three weeks ago and they have been incredible the quality of the product itself is impressive, the noise cancelling and comfort has been beyond perfect! I wear my head phones everyday for work meetings, online classes, and music and have not found one complaint yet on the product they are so much better then my Beats by Dre wireless headphones! I would recommend these headphones to anyone. You are honestly getting what you pay for out of this product.
