Almost great

I have had these for about a week. There are so many things that I love about these buds. Sound, noise canceling, fit. The noise canceling may be the best of the 15 earbuds that I currently own. The only thing that is an issue for me is that you cannot use the left side independently. If that changes these will be a 5 star product for me!

I've been using the new earbuds for about 6 weeks now and the performance is exactly what you would expect of a Bose product. Great noise canceling, great sound and easy to set up and experience. The only negative is the new retainers that are supposed to keep them in place are too thin and flimsy and do not work well at all. The previous model was much better.

I've so enjoyed the upgrade from my old work at home head set, and evening work music with back ground noise canceling allows me to concentrate while our house winds down. Truly an amazing product.

My audio for phone breaks up too much. Thought upgrade of software would fix. May return if I cant fix this issue.
