Bose is excellent!

I've had my Bose over-the-ear headphones for a few years now and still going strong. I just bought new Bose QC earbuds and they're great. The noise cancellation is very good as well. Bose doesn't disappoint.

I bought the quietcomfort 1s first and they are way too big. Quietcomfort 2 solves most of that problem but I bet will get even better in 3.

Cont connect to 2 devices. Left bud won't connect

I bought these with all the faith they would be great. Unfortunately I have been surprisingly underwhelmed with them. I have the soundsport and they are great I can have 2 phones connected at same time and do not have to toggle between devices it will connect to either that is ringing. These QC II that is not the case. Also the left ear bud consistently will not connect?? Not the quality I expected from Bose

I'm sorry to hear that you're underwhelmed with your purchase. As these are truly wireless earbuds, multipoint connection is not supported as the additional connection is taken by the left earbud when it's connecting to the right earbud. This is the primary to secondary connection method.
In terms of the left earbud not connecting, we'd love to gatehr some further information to help with this. You've mentioned the QuietComfort Earbuds II but posted on the QuietComfort Earbuds page so we'd need to clarify which version you have to provide you with the most accurate assistance. I bought these about 2 wks ago and really like them. They fit well and the sound is awesome. I also wear them at night for sleep to keep all noise out.
