Purchased only a year ago and right ear bud sound is not functioning. Luckily Bose has agreed to send me a new set. Waiting on new ones to be delivered.

Another example of a great Bose product. These stay in my ears and work VERY well, eliminating the ambient noise at the bowling alley while I bowl!

Excellent Noise Cancellation!
Not enough EQ control. I love bass, but it needs more sensitivity to mid and treble.
It needs to have the "Find My Earbuds" added.
They are very comfortable, but they need an even smaller attachment than their small. I'm an adult with very small ear canals.
All over really good.

I've had to replace these 3 times. Don't bother.

Purchase these earlier this year, the first pair I bought the right earbud would not connect so luckily they were under warranty and I was able to get a new pair of shipped to me. Those worked for about 3 months until the right earbud malfunctioned and would not play it full capacity, I then was able to exchange for a third pair under warranty during the summer. And now we are in October and the right earbud is going out again. I don't use them everyday, nor do I use them at unreasonable volumes. When these work, they work fantastic and deliver a sound quality that is hard to reproduce. But three pairs and one year? If I could just get my money back I would.

I purchased my Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds a few weeks ago and they are absolutely fantastic! Love the sound and the noise cancelling feature! Thank you Bose for producing a gem of a product!!!
