Great aware mode, poor function

How in the day can we still not have individual earbud connections? I work in an office and can only have one earbud in. When the right one dies, I'm out of luck. Hear through is awesome and very clear. ANC is great. Would be nice if it gave you a verbal warning of low battery. Touch controls are hit or miss sometimes. Sound quality could be better for the price and brand but definitely not bad. Lacks some good bass, which is disappointing. All in all good headphones but having a master earbud is highly disappointing and very old tech. Fit is great and can wear for all day, no problem. Workouts are great and fit snug throughout the session. Some more customization in the app would be great also.
