Disappointed

I am a little disappointed. These are not as noise reducing as I had hoped. I also hear an annoying sound in the left earbud when it is in my ear and between songs or looses sound for a second.

Sound quality is not the best

I expected more, it seems like the sound is heavily affected by the noise cancelling feature and at the end you don't det sharp sound or good bases. The worst is that suddenly I had Bluetooth connection issues and I cannot use them anymore

Not as user friendly as previous model

Bought these to replace my older version of these earbuds but I am finding them hard to adjust sound, pause music, skip tracks etc while working out or doing physical activity. Easy to do if you have both hands free using the app but not easy without the app and frustrating. I like having the wire with the controller between the two ear buds better. Trying to make different swipes and taps while working out doesn’t work and causes you to have to stop what your doing or just done listen to music till u can stop

They play very good and sound incredible. But if you wear a hood or anything over them they go in and out.
