Good and bad

Excellent sound quality if your listening to music but the microphone capabilities were sub par for Bose. Bought to use as a headset for work and customers could barely hear me or said i sounded like i was in a tunnel. Keep trying Bose !

Considering these are Bose , I’m rather discouraged, their very uncomfortable and the volume leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm sorry that you've been left disappointed with your experience so far. Have you tried changing the size ear tip to increase comfort and stability? We've even added some extra sizes that you can grab here - https://bose.life/3wmc2aK. Additionally, ensuring that you have adjusted the earbuds to the correct position will also help maximize the comfort - https://bose.life/2I52bSx.
In terms of the volume, have you tested this with another device connected? I'd also suggest trying out different sources.

Not worth the price

The ear piece want stay in my ear when I tried to work out in them after switching several times.

It provides good noise cancelation. But is not perfect yet. I tried all 3 tips but still liking some noise. However they are the best in the market.

All the above and more. Love the adjustability of the noise cancelling. You can choose to let in outside sounds or cancel them within the settings.
