Poor Sound Quality

Not the Bose sound quality I know anymore.. it sounds really thin and cheap, sound stage is small and flat too.. honestly very disappointed for the expensive price tag.. I’ve heard some average brands now sounding better for half or less the price. Really sad as I’m a big fan of Bose! :( Wishing the earbuds and casing can be smaller too.

I got it for Christmas After 4 months the case visibly broke a manufacturing defect, standard exchange with support all 15 days. Just perfect nothing to Say. Works well with m'y Crosscall Action X5. On the other hand, on the application side, it does what is necessary but requires further development, the same for bluetooth when multipoint?

Not bad, could be better

Bought these to mix between music and calls as I travel often for work. The noise cancelling and music quality is very, very good. However, I found the fit to be a bit uncomfortable especially compared to AirPods and the call quality is quite subpar when connected to my iPhone. I have two different phones and both have the same issues, a bit of static, some difficulty getting all words and have been told my voice is quiet on the other end. So overall, they’re good if you’re listening to music for a short amount of time, not sure I give them a good rating for much else.
