[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound, but the support materials lacking, the app once downloaded was not that easy with the pairing process, never did fine the support for ear fitting of the actual buds. Thank goodness for utube and their videso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this price point these are really good earbuds. Great sounding buds with great ANC and comfortable ear tips. The Bose app now has an equalizer for folks to tweak the sound to meet their preference. Sounds a lot better than the AirPods Pro but does not connect seamlessly from one Apple device to another. Sound quality, superb ANC and comfort meets all my expectations at this price point.

The noise canceling is great but they're fiddly

I enjoy them when sitting still, but any movement at all and they threaten to fall no matter which size ear buds are used. They also make my ears itch in a weird way from the second they touch my skin. It's odd. The noise canceling is incredible and the sound is great, however, if you can look past the strange itchiness and the fact that, for some people, you're going to be constantly adjusting them.
