Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing from Bose. I needed something that could block out noise around the house while I did schoolwork in the evenings. The noise canceling works great. They are comfortable and stay in my ears. Definitely worth it. The only thing negative I have noticed is the only way to turn them off or on is to put them back in there case. Not unless I am missing something.

A terrible purchasing experience.

The earbuds were dead on arrival and the color I wanted was unavailable but was not informed. I have lost all confidence with Bose quality customer service.

As the headphones may be in the warehouse for a limited time before sale, your Quiet Comfort earbuds may have been a power saving/battery protection mode when delivered. We would recommend placing the earbuds on charge when getting them out of the box, as connecting them to the charge them up and take them out of the power saving/battery protection mode.

We're sorry that you had issues when them not power on though, and that the color you wanted was not available, nor informed.
