No sound on left ear

Maybe I am stupid, I spent several hours to manipulate this set and left ear was still not working. That’s it, I do not want to get the refund but could you just send me a good one??

Sorry to hear that you're unable to get the left earbud to work. We'll happily investigate this with you, please contact your local Bose support team! If there is a technical fault with the product we can go ahead and set up an exchange for you, additionally if you're within your initial 90 days of purchase you are eligible for a refund.

Still trying to connect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QC earbuds look nice and connect directly via Bluetooth from the Services app but I cannot get them to connect when using the Bose app. Can’t get past the “connect” screen. As a result I cannot get into the part of the app with the instructions to find out how to control them. Disappointing!
