Not great for phone calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace my single ear plantronics bluetooth headset. However, I find that my $90 plantronics has much better microphone (which also removes a lot of the background noise so that MY voice is heard clearly). With Bose, people were constantly complaining about background noise.
I am quite pleased with the incoming audio, particularly how well I can follow a conversation thanks to noise cancellation.

Love the color, but shortened battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a white pair of these wireless ear buds last year and within two weeks, my puppy chewed on one of them. It still worked, but the sound was a bit hampered where she’d squished the plastic. So, I treated myself to the limited edition taupe color this year. I LOVE the color. The noise cancelling is excellent. But, the charge on these doesn’t last nearly as long as my white ones from last year. I could wear my white ones for three days of work calls- the new ones drained within a day of use.

Excellent sound

Had these for over a week and still can't get these to connect. Impossible to get help other than the :How to reset earbuds" which is all over internet but doesn't work

Wonderful ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous favorite ANC ear buds were Phiaton BT220NC. Worked wonderfully while on my riding mower or using while snow blowing. But they were not truly wireless - still love them! I got my Bose QC earbuds, and wow. They are as good as my Phiaton's in noise cancellation but better in audio deliverance. I am impressed! Looking forward to my grass cutting and my snow clearing.

Great Earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got them and really enjoy them. Everything sounds great and the app makes it so simple to use. Just wish it had more touch uses, like adding single tap to pause/play and double tap skip, and so on. I also love being able to switch devices like the headphones do. I understand why the size is the way it is,delivering great noise cancelation! Overall, these are earbuds I don't regret buying!
