Hello Beck, I am sorry to hear you do not like the audio level on your QC Earbuds. This is very unusual. Is this just with one audio source or all? I would suggest trying another audio device to check. I would also recommend trying the steps here https://bose.life/3l1nPVz as sometimes a quick reboot can help.

Noise cancellation is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far good quality sound, not too heavy, just can’t really lay back with them because pillow will press the buttons. last 13 hrs without charging. Adjustable EQ and app has features for ur favorite settings or adjust settings. Bose music app.

Great sound, OK fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a pair of wired Bose SoundTrue earbuds and love them, but really wanted a wireless pair to use while doing things around the house. I debated between the QuietComfort and a couple other options and decided to stick with Bose. They sound great and do a good reproducing across all ranges. The noise cancelling really is impressive, though I could do with or without. The battery life is perfect for my needs, and the unit charges quickly if needed. My biggest complaint are the tips Bose chose for these. They aren’t the most comfortable and don’t always stay put, and I did try all of the tips that come with it. I say this since my SoundTrue headphones have the clear silicone style tips and are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever owned, including my over the ears. I can wear those all day and forget I have them on, and they stay in place without readjusting them mainly because the “fin” is bigger. If the silicone style tip was available for the QuietComfort, it would hands down be my top pick.

Good sound with major microphone issue

Audio & comfort is very very appreciative...but can't take calls even in silent room...the microphone never catch voice...was not expected from such a premium brand, a 50$ earbuds can take a way better calls then this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this product the only down fall is the one ear option I use them a lot at work so I have to keep the right on at all times and the left sits there being that I can only wear on at work.
But for recreational purposes they are great!!

Hello! I am so glad that you love your earbuds. The reason you need to use the right earbud is the Bluetooth connection occurs between the source device and the right earbud. The signal is then beamed over to the left earbud. So, if you were to take out the right earbud and place it on a table, that earbud would go to sleep in about 20 minutes and, when that happens, the left earbud would lose its Bluetooth connection. Similarly, if you were to place the right earbud in the charging case and close the lid, the left earbud would lose its connection immediately.

The best sized ear tip will create a seal in your ear canal which will help improve noise cancellation and sound quality.
