Sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue with your earbuds. I have looked into this for you. To resolve the inconsistencies, please make sure to close the case when charging. If you place both earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open, the earbuds will remain on. Always close the case to preserve the battery.

Great for intense exercise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like: Very good sound, rich bass. Perfect for exercise/ running, these buds stay in place no matter how had I workout or run! What I don’t like: Poor battery life, lucky to get 4 hours, but then again these are marketed for exercise not watching movies. Also Bluetooth can be a bit finicky.

Thank you for your post. Sorry that you are having Bluetooth connection issues. Most of the time, rebooting the source is the solution to the issue. I would suggest that you do that and then try again.

Pretty Good Overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these earbuds for close to 10 months now. I got them after my previous QuietComfort earbuds (the kind with the neck strap) reached the end of their charge lifetime. If I could, I would choose those kind again because I prefer the neck strap over the bulkier earbud body. However, these are very similar in fit and sound quality to the last pair, and I find the noise cancellation amazing. I tried AirPod Pros after my other Bose gave out, and they were uncomfortable to wear, kept falling out of my ears, and the noise cancellation wasn’t as good for what I use it for (drowning out others talking so I can focus on schoolwork). So, I decided to give these a go instead. Overall, I’m pleased! They are more difficult to switch between my iPad, computer, and phone than the AirPod Pros were, but the sound cancellation is still better in these for me. They also fit my ears snugly, aren’t uncomfortable to wear for extended periods, and have yet to fall out of my ears. That counts as a win for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about eight months ago and they’re miles better than airpods. They sound better, get louder, are lighter, have better battery life, and stay in my ears. My only gripe is that the Bluetooth can be a bit finicky.

Option for Music Forward and Backward
