Incredible sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved Bose QuietComfort products for years and am so excited for this newest addition to their line! My ONE wish would be that there would be a microphone in both ear pieces, so if I want to use them for phone conversations, I could interchange the ears and not have to have both in or only the right ear. Other than that, this product is stellar!

Charging issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left earbud from my quiet comfort set could not hold a charge, the day after my earbuds arrived. As a positive, I called the customer service department and they were extremely helpful in walking me trough the process of securing replacement earbuds.
