Excellent audio & noise cancellation, with quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose quality sound & noise cancellation in an impressive package. You can trust you're getting those with any Bose product, and these are no different. However, like with any product there are some quirks to consider.
First, while these are super comfortable they are definitely not as comfortable as the SoundSport Wireless which, for me, were peak. They have a similar wingtip design, but it's been tweaked presumably to help with passive noise cancellation. For me the main issue is the medium size is the most comfortable, but the wing isn't large enough so it's not hooking into my ear. So I use the large which has a properly sized wing for me, but they're a little too big for inside my ear. This is more of a problem for some people than others. I've decided to live with it, as I can still wear them for multiple hours without any problems.
Second, for some reason even though similar Bose products support multi-device connectivity (even the older, much cheaper Bose SoundSport headphones), these do not. I'm a bit baffled by this, especially considering competing products in a similar price range support it. I doubt this is something that would get added in a firmware update. For me this is also not a dealbreaker as I tend to use these exclusively with 1 device, but it would be nice to use them in my office with my PC sometimes while keeping them connected to my phone.
Third, there is no EQ. Once again a little baffling considering Bose's other similar products have this. This is a highly requested feature and one that could absolutely be added in a firmware update, so hopefully that comes. These sound amazing out-of-the-box, but many people would like to give the bass just a bit of boost. It's nice to have that flexibility via an EQ like their NC700's, Smart Home Speaker, SB700, etc...
Lastly, the case is very nice but admittedly a little bulky. Getting nit-picky here. The advantage is the case wirelessly charges, which is great, and feels robust. If you want something pocketable, I wouldn't consider this case to be.
If you get by these various quirks, none of which I would consider a deal breaker, what you get is a polished, Bose-esque experience with their distinct sound and truly impressive noise cancellation. I have no issues with connectivity or sound drops. I would definitely recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Bose noise canceling head phones. They are great but I can’t wear a broad brimmed hat while wearing them. I decided to try the ear buds and they are everything I had hoped for. Great sound great noise management. I wear them while doing yard and tractor work on my property.

Received New Earbuds for them not to work!

Unfortunately I have to rate low. Hopefully I can come back and change my review once I receive the replacements. Bought these expensive Earbuds for them to not be able to turn them on. Tried everything they asked. Allowed them to cool down and tried restarting them also and nothing. Only reason I didn't rate 1 star was because I was able to send them back to get repaired or replaced. Hopefully the next ones sent out work so I can rate higher. I hate rating low but for this much money I had to rate my experience.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these for a few weeks now. I have a hard time with in the ear headphones because they irritate my ear. I also have one very small ear canal. These fit very well. Well I’m not exactly sleeping overnight in them, like I do with the Bose sleep buds. They seem to be very comfortable. The noise canceling is excellent.

Incredible product, but didn't fit

These earbuds are amazing. It's hard to believe how well noise cancellation can work with earbuds!
I know how to insert these earbuds correctly (I own Bose SoundSport earbuds which fit fine), and I tried all sizes multiple times and for a few weeks. But my right ear eventually pushes the earbud out even if I don't move or touch my ear or the earbud. So I reluctantly had to return this product. Please let me know if other size/fit options become available, and I will re-purchase.
