Can't pair with my PC

Nice upgrade

I love both, my thing is that you upgraded with noise reduction and the tapping one or the other earbud for different features. With the sports earbud I can control the volume, how is it you didn't keep that feature on the newest ones??

Better then the rest,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was very unhappy with them because they hurt my right ear after changing the size of the earbuds it's much better. Siri is extremely loud when I ask her a question. Unable to turn the volume up or down on my iPhone with the earbuds but when I use them on the computer I can change the volume but it goes from low to high no inbetween. all in all I'm happy with them,Yes. would i recommend them to other's. Yes i would.

No Instruction Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these to replace the Hearphones. They are of great quality but had no instreuction manual. Did have a 1/4" thick book of safety precautions ?? Not exactly what we wanted but they do work even thought when my wife watches TV I have to text er any comments I have on the programs because they perfectly shut out my voice.

Connectivity issues

I've been trying to use my new QuietComfort Earbuds on walks and sometimes for office calls, but have had a lot of issues with keeping the earbuds paired with my iphone. I've had the earbuds go dead on a call as well, when they will apparently fully charged. Not sure what happened. The audio quality when the earbuds are working is great. I own a QC15 and two QC35s. My QC35s never had this connectivity issue.
