Needs some improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with the quality the product brings. The sound is astounding. Build and comfort is beyond reproach. However, there are simple functionality issues that need to be resolved. For example, I shouldn’t have to turn off the Bluetooth on a device that the headphones are paired to to be able to switch to another device (example: going from an iPhone to an iPad or vice versa). It’s unthinkable and unacceptable. I have a pair of Powerbeats Pro earphones and the act of simply turning off my iPad switches functionality to my iPhone. That needs to be figured out with my Bose earphones.
