Only one problem

The only problem I’m having with my ear buds is. When I answer the phone with them I can’t hear the person on the phone.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with phone calls. When paired to your smartphone, I recommend checking the call screen to ensure audio is being directly routed to the earbuds instead of the phone's built-in earpiece. If the output is correct, I would suggest unpairing, then pair again to see if this makes a difference.

QC EAR BUDS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned Bose sport (non noise canx) for the QC line. The noise cancelling works pretty well for an earbud. There is still a little leakage of external sound. Almost as good as the Quiet Comfort 20 which had the best NC, except for over the ear.
