[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall sound quality and the noise cancellation feature is by far my favorite and best compared to all other earbuds I’ve had. The only problem is that the software needs a lot of work to it. There’s no customizable EQ which lets us change the bass, treble, and the mid. Also compared to other earbuds you could customize the touch controls to the settings of your liking. Also there’s features missing from the touch controls like the option to go to a previous track, control the volume, and the transparency and noise cancellation features just by using the touch tones on the earbuds. The upside is the sound quality and ANC is superior to the rest but the software needs major help.

The noise canceling ear buds have cut out and lost connection to my I phone in the middle of a song.

Solid earbuds with a few drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these for a few weeks and I have mixed feelings about them. Overall, they’re a solid set of earbuds with some drawbacks. They deliver clear and crisp sound. They seem to be geared more toward the mid to high range of sound versus the bass. I was disappointed in the lack of an equalizer in the app to adjust the settings. The lack of depth of bass was also disappointing. Other reviewers have said they loved the deep bass with these, but I completely disagree. I listen to a wide range of music and if you’re an EDM fan, you won’t get any of the bass drops with these earbuds. These were fine for making phone calls. The caller was able to clearly hear me without an excessive amount of background noise.
The noise cancelling is solid. I have an extremely noisy Bowflex Treadclimber and I could barely hear any noise while walking/jogging on it. That was a huge plus for me. I liked that I could adjust the level of noise canceling from off/low to high. The noise canceling adjustment on the actual earbud was clunky and not always accurate when I used it. Perhaps that was just my fat fingers, but I wasn’t a fan of this particular feature. I would’ve preferred a volume adjustment instead. There is no volume adjustment on the earbuds. You can play and pause with the right earbud, but that’s basically the only useful control (for me) on the actual earbud.
Size-wise, these are a larger earbud. The wingtips were a challenge for me to position correctly in my ear. Maybe that’s just my ears. Even with the smallest tips, I struggled to keep them solidly inserted in my ear. However, they weren’t terribly uncomfortable even with their size.
The battery life was great. The charging case is bulkier than an AirPod case. I wasn’t bothered by the case size but that’s probably because I’m not one to carry them in my pocket. If you do, this case may be a bit on the large size for you.

My biggest disappointment was the overall low volume. The first time I tried them, I thought the volume was down on my phone but it wasn’t. These earbuds are very limited on the volume level which, I suppose, for some is fine. However, for me, it’s kind of a dealbreaker when I know I can get earbuds of similar quality for less.
Overall, sound-wise, they do deliver very clean, clear, and crisp sound. They provide excellent noise cancelling capability as well. However, there are some drawbacks that make these more on the average/above average side for me.

BEST Buds ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and crisp sound. I have purchased 4 different buds and none have provided the quality and efficiency as this pair does. The charge has held for 7 1 hour workouts and still has 95% charge. I don’t even use the full volume setting as I normally do. They also slide on super easy. Highly Recommend!
