excellent sound some performance aspects to improv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the sound is excellent, but I wish I could choose when to recharge the headphones. every time I'm going to use them they are 100%. it's good from a performance standpoint. but always charging the hearing aids without letting them discharge completely shortens the life of the batteries. I wish the charge lasted more than 6 hours.I would like to control the volume from the headphones as I do with the 700 model

Thanks for providing us with your feedback. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are charged by placing them in their charging case. If the case is charged, it will automatically charge the earbuds. The earbuds are charging when the Status Lights on the buds pulse white. These give you up to 6 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 12 hours more playback time with charging case. Completely out of power? A quick, 15-minute charge will give you up to 2 hours of battery life.
As for volume controls, this is an opt in feature within the Bose Music app. Ensure the app is updated to 4.2.4 or later and you can visit your product settings to allow volume to be added to your touch controls.

Missing equalizer function and a longer battery life would be really great!
A bit uncomfortable after 3 hours of constant use. I’m using the smallest tips...never thought my ears were that small.

High End Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for the last few weeks and i can say that Bose product is always high end for me, the sound quality is amazing from this small product, however the fit on my ear is not that comfortable, it takes out from my ear most of the time. It sync on my phone very easy and i did not have a hard time connecting it to my phone and ipad. The charging time is exceptional, took me almost 2 days to charge it and i used it almost the whole day. The packaging to the actual charging box and the earpods is incomparable.
The only thing that disappoint me was the comfort on my ears, I get scared that i might lose it, because it snugged out from my ears every time I use it. I have to be very cautious on wearing it. But overall I can still say its a good buy, price wise still expensive, but this is a Bose Product and the quality is always gonna be a Super duper excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having come out of the previous QuestComfort 'wired' Bose earbuds and moving to Apple AirPod Pros...(for true wireless convenience), I'm glad Bose finally released these. They are exceptional in both sound quality and noice cancelation. No comparison to Apple. Bose is a pioneer is sound and noise cancelation and remains top of its class! recommended.

Love the lower and slender profile these are in your ear. The noise cancellation is amazingly better than I had expected, and of course with great sound for my music. The customization you can do with the Bose Music app so you can customize just how much noise you want to cancel out.
