Great NC, Not Good Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife couldn’t wait to get the new earbuds. It was great when they finally came in. Overall the ear buds are good. The noise cancellation is great and what we expected. However, they took a step back in connectivity from the original buds. Once connected to my phone they stay connected even if they are in the case. Transitioning between devices is definitely not as easy as the previous model, which was a big plus for me having multiple phones.
Overall, they are a good product, but a few things I wish they were able to add or keep

When you state that the earbuds stay connected in the case, is this with the lid open or closed? The connection will only be terminated when the lid is closed. They do move in your ear a little bit, so the for is not perfect. They don't have the ability to connect to not then one device at a time. also there is no way to control the volume from the earpiece which would be helpful. For what you pay for them the features just don't seem to be there they do sound amazing though.

I bought the Qi earbuds and was ecstatic when they finally came in but to my disappointment, I immediately felt as though the case didn’t feel as premium the price portrays. I literally dropped it one time and it already has a crack in it. The case also is a pain to open. Lastly I’m disappointed the earbuds don’t have more shortcuts; you mean you didn’t even think of going back, and why do I have to hold to use shortcuts on left but tap on right? Good actual earbuds, but it seems the small things that matter, Bose didn’t invest in.
