Sound is good fit is an issue

While i liked the sound and the ease of connection, i could not find it comfortable or filing in a way that stay in my ears, keep falling from my ears with every move oof my head, sadly returned.

I'm sorry that you were unable to get a comfortable fit which lead you to returning them. The QC Earbuds come with three different sized ear tips which we would recommend trying. We also have this great article here: https://bose.life/3uG3myh, which helps to explain how to get the most comfortable and stable fit.

Many useful features... One minor drawback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds do many things well and all of them can be controlled by simple taps or holds on the 2 buds or by Voice Assistant. Noise Cancellation, Cycle throigh your Favorites list, Track skipping, Battery Level checking, Answering, Ending or Declining phone calls. You can charge them using the USB cable that comes with them or with any Qi-certified wireless charger. I was definately pleased with the comfortable fit the soft rubber fittings gave the inside of my ears. You simply put them in your ear and give them a slight twist and and you're good to go. They are really are easy on the ears. As for the sound? Hey! It's BOSE... need I say more? The only complaint I have is the "Latency" (time delay) issue if you are trying to use them while watching a music video. The actions and vocals you see in the video will be out of sync with what you are hearing in your ears. If your intended purpose for using these earbuds is only for listening to music (and not viewing it) and for phone calls then all is well. They're just not a good way to listen while watching anything on video.

I would highly recommended these headphones for anyone looking for a better looking and better sounding alternative to AirPods. You will at least stand out from the heard a bit wearing these.
