[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our older Phillips toothbrush. We are getting used to the sound with can be loud. Not the the silent ones we used before.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does what it is supposed to do. I wanted a vibrating brush, not a rotary. It has been working well. Good battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush takes the guessing out of brushing my teeth. It signals when I am brushing too hard and quits after 2 minutes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new 4100 series. It is lighter the other one I had and the bristle are alot smoother on my teeth. The charge also longer also.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased 5 Over the last 3 years for myself and my wife. 3 out of 5 have failed, and no longer vibrate. This is not acceptable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Sonicare toothbrush. I had a previous one I had gotten around 2012 or so that lasted around a decade before it finally refused to charge and stay turned on, leading me to get this one. It just doesn’t seem to have the oomph of the previous one and I don’t feel it cleans my teeth as well. This one, while a pretty color, just isn’t as good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from an Oral-B and appreciate how gentle this toothbrush is. It seems to clean well, but I'll check with my hygienist next time. However, it's frustratingly slippery and often falls out of my hands while brushing. I wish the plastic had a bit of grip instead of being so sleek.
