My teethe are smooth and I don't have to worry about keeping track of brushing time, it does it for me. My dentist and I couldn't be happier.

Fine results with an unfortunate design flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the 4100 Series performs well, massages gums gently and provides a thoroughly cleaning. A few weaknesses: the thumb activation button deteriorates too quickly. A fingernail can puncture the covering of this button, which is unfortunate and unintentional as it can be difficult to operate the button without at least some small part of the fingernail coming in contact with its surface.

The brush that came with it is way too soft. It literally does nothing for you. I found an off-brand replacement that is firmer and works just fine.
