[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush worked fine but after about two weeks the battery needed to be charged after only 2 or 3 uses. Now it barely makes it through a single use before dying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear you are having issues With your Sonicare. We would love to see if we can help you with this. Firstly, could you try to charge the handle uninterruptedly, for 24 hours? We recommend making sure that the charger is away from any metallic surfaces as this may interfere with this charging process. If the issue persists, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website www.philips.com/support. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further. Hope to speak to you soon!
